Start Here
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve spent a lot of time in your head.
Thinking. Planning. Researching. Preparing.
Trying to make the “right” decision.
Waiting until you feel more confident, more clear, more ready.
I know that feeling well.
For a long time, I thought confidence came first. I thought if I just learned enough, planned enough, or got enough external validation, I would finally feel ready to move toward the life I actually wanted. I even earned a Masters of Urban Planning, because, welp, I loved planning!
But what I’ve learned — through movement, leadership, building a business, teaching thousands of classes, and helping people grow into themselves — is this:
Confidence is built through action, not before it.
Why this website:
This website exists for the people who:
feel overwhelmed by the pressure to have it all figured out (I’ve been there and continue to fight these demons)
have big dreams but struggle to move consistently toward them
take care of everyone else while feeling disconnected from themselves
want more purpose, momentum, creativity, or joy
are tired of overthinking their lives instead of living them
I created this space because I believe transformation doesn’t happen through perfection. For many years I tried to project perfection, but I was spinning my wheels.
Transformation happens through:
movement
community
self-trust
small, consistent steps forward, because we can do hard things!
What you’ll find here:
Movement: Classes, practices, and experiences designed to help you get out of your head and back into your body.
Leadership & Teaching Resources for new and emerging wellness leaders, yoga instructors, and people who feel called to create spaces that help others heal, grow, and feel seen.
Honest Conversations, writing and reflections about:
overthinking
self-trust
confidence
leadership
accountability
community
taking action before you feel fully ready
I’m less interested in “perfect morning routines” and more interested in helping people build lives that actually feel aligned and meaningful.
My Philosophy
I believe:
movement can change the way we relate to ourselves
action creates clarity
community helps us heal and grow
self-trust is built through practice
leadership starts with embodiment
everyday people deserve spaces where they feel strong, grounded, and inspired
Most importantly, I believe we can all do hard things and that “hard” looks different for each of us.
You can start now.
Let go of the past.
Release attachment to an unknown outcome.
Take one small step at a time.
So… Start Here
Move your body.
Tell the truth about what you want.
Take one small action today.
Then take another tomorrow.
That’s how momentum begins.
And if you want support along the way, you’re in the right place.
Let’s Go!
